225 N Hyland Ave is on the west edge of campus, just one block away from State Gym and Howe Hall. Units feature 850-950 square feet of living space. Kitchen includes a range/stove, dishwasher, over-the-stove microwave, and refrigerator. The building is secured with a code for residents to enter.
