129 S. Oak is located in Central Ames near the Lincoln Shopping Center, down the street from O’Neil Park and historic Main St, featuring local shops and restaurants. CyRide stop only one block north on Lincoln Way. Each unit has a private entry door with lots of natural light in the living room. Kitchen includes the fridge and electric range. Residents are only responsible for electricity, gas, and internet services.

The complex was built in 1965 with only 5 units total, and a secure laundry area with storage below the building. The laundry is coin-operated, and residents receive a parking permit for the lot on the east side of the building. 

This property is pet friendly for $50 a month, with no pet deposit required. Our pet policy allows for dogs and cats with a maximum size of 20 pounds by 20 inches. Other caged pets are not charged.
