This boarding-style house is in a great location to access Iowa State University’s campus, as it is located on the west end of campus! A short walk will bring you to State Gym, Thielen Health Center, Mother’s Pub, West Street Deli, 1+1 Restaurant & Tea, Dunkin’ Donuts, Big Acai, Which Wich, and more Ames favorites. Residents rent a secured bedroom while having 24/7 access to two shared kitchens and six shared bathrooms. Common spaces also include an upper-level balcony, perfect for studying and relaxing, and a lower-level front porch. Each unit has its own refrigerator and an extra locked storage cabinet in the kitchen areas. Unit options vary from carpeted flooring to hardwood floors, and the basement is equipped with a coin-operated washer and dryer. Parking is limited, so plan to park off-street or consider leasing a parking spot in our next door properties. 

City of Ames code only allows for 1 person to live in a bedroom at this building. We cannot have 2 or more people living inside 1 bedroom.

All utilities are paid by landlord, including 1 Gig ICS internet. Tenants must provide a wifi router, if desired. Cable is not included.
