To begin the sublease process, please contact the tenants listed in the spreadsheet below to learn more about the apartment. (If you are on a mobile device, scroll to the right of the spreadsheet). If you both decide to move forward with the sublease, we will need the current tenant to contact us by phone (515-292-5020) or by email (leasing@fpmofames.com) to initiate the sublease.
Once this has been done, we will need all sublessees to apply on our website. Use the “Apply Now!” button here, or in the menu at the top right of the website page.
