Kitchen includes a range/stove, dishwasher, over-the-stove microwave, and refrigerator. Three generously sized bedrooms, and one with a full walk-in closet. The building is secured with a code for residents to enter. Two parking spots are included with the lease for three bedroom units.

Residents only pay for electricity usage. Gas, water/sewer, garbage, lawn care, snow removal, and 1 gig high-speed internet is provided by the landlord. On-site coin-operated laundry is located on the ground floor for easy access. 

This property is pet friendly only on the first floor, for $50 a month, with no pet deposit required. Our pet policy allows for dogs and cats with a maximum size of 20 pounds by 20 inches. Other caged pets are not charged. (ESA and Service animals are welcome with proper documentation)
