Located on the 1 Red, 7 Plum, and 11 Cherry routes for easy access to anywhere in Ames. This building is reserved for non-undergraduate renters. Close proximity to Christopher Gartner Park, Franklin Park, & Ames Middle School. Located only one block off Lincoln Way, where the covered CyRide Bus stop is located. The complex was built in 1979 and has 30 units in total. 

All upper units have a deck. This is a secured building where residents can enter with a key. Each unit has an intercom system with a front door buzzer. Coin-operated laundry is on the first floor of the building. Utilities provided are garbage, snow removal, lawn care, and high-speed internet. Residents only pay electricity and water.

There is a parking lot on the south side of the building where residents receive parking permit tags. There is also free off-street parking, and garage spaces available to rent for an additional fee.

No Undergrads are allowed in this building.
