One bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the west edge of campus, just one block away from State Gym and Howe Hall. Units feature 850 square feet of living space and a kitchen with range/stove, dishwasher, over-the-stove microwave, and refrigerator. On-site coin-operated laundry is located on the ground floor of the building for all tenants. The building is secured with a code for residents to enter. A parking spot is included with the lease.

Residents only pay for electricity usage. Gas, water/sewer, garbage, lawn care, snow removal, and 1 gig high-speed internet is provided by the landlord. 

This property is pet friendly only on the first floor, for $50 a month, with no pet deposit required. Our pet policy allows for dogs and cats with a maximum size of 20 pounds by 20 inches. Other caged pets are not charged. (ESA and Service animals are welcome with proper documentation)
